- This Privacy Policy sets out the principles for collecting, processing and using information, including personal data of the users of the website www.bngs.pl (hereinafter referred to as “Website”).
- The administrators of personal data of users of the website are Marcin Pietrzak and Krzysztof Pietrzak partners of a private partnership run under the name BNGS S.C. with its registered seat in Warsaw at ul. Łacińska 4/9, 01-451 Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as “Partners”).
- The personal data of users of the website is processed in compliance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1182) (hereinafter referred to as the “Act on personal data protection”) and the Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1422).
- Privacy protection, including the protection of personal data of users of the website, is a priority for Partners. The Partners shall exercise particular care to protect the interests of the persons who the data refers to and, in particular, ensure that the data collected by the website is processed in accordance with law; the data is collected for specified purpose according to law and is not further processed in a manner incompatible with these purposes; the data is correct and adequate in terms of content in relation to the purposes for which the data is processed, and that the data is stored in such a way as to enable the identification of the persons the data refers to, but no longer than it is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
- The personal data provided by users of the website may be used for marketing purposes on the basis of the user’s prior consent in accordance with art. 23 section 4 of the Data Protection Act. If the user gives consent to process personal data for marketing purposes, the consent may be revoked at any time.
- If the Partners intend to process or process website user’s data for marketing purposes or for the purpose of receiving commercial materials, the person the data refers to is also entitled to submit a written reasoned request to discontinue his or her data processing due to his or her particular situation or to appeal against the processing of his or her data.
- According to the Act on the protection of personal data, the users of the website have the right to see, correct and remove their personal data. Every person has the right to control the processing of his or her data contained in the data files of the Partners, and in particular the right to: file a request to supplement, update, correct personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of processing or removal of the data if the data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or collected in violation of the law or the data is no longer needed for the purpose for which the data was collected. The provision of personal data by users of the website is voluntary.
- The personal data of the website users is not sold or lent by the Partners.According to the Act on Personal Data Protection, the processing of personal data of the users of the website may be entrusted by the Partners to third parties, especially to hosting service providers.
- For the purposes of exercising the rights referred to above, it is possible to contact the Partners by sending the relevant information in writing or by e-mail to the address indicated in the Contact section.
- Partners have the right and obligation to provide information on the possessed personal data of users of the website to public authorities authorized to receive the data on the basis of separate legal regulations for the purposes of the proceedings conducted by them.
- The website may contain links to other websites. This Privacy Policy applies to the website only. Partners are not responsible for the privacy policies of the websites which the user will have access to through the links found on the website.
- Partners use technical and organizational measures to protect the processed personal data in a manner that is appropriate for the threats and the category of data subject to protection, and, in particular, to protect the data against unauthorized access, unauthorized collection, processing in violation of applicable laws, as well as change, loss, damage or destruction.
- Any changes to this Privacy Policy shall be communicated to the users of the website by providing relevant information on the website. The information referred to in the preceding sentence shall be added no later than 2 days before the changes become effective.
